Something is not working the way I initially envisioned. In case you don't follow me, in January 2023 I decided to get involved full-time into Sustainable UI. As it turns out, my body & mind tell something different now which is why I have concluded it would be better for me to pause my work for now.

Why is it the way it is? I asked myself the same thing during my last Bujo migration. I noticed a couple of significant trends since my decision. At the moment, there are more important things that require my attention in my personal life. Conclusion of my Bujo reflection is the following: "It's time for a change."

I don't want to go into too much detail right now. What is important to me is that this decision hopefully improves my work and life balance which is something I have been trying to find since the beginning of 2021 as mentioned at the end of my 2022 in review article. Despite having the desire, I always focused more on work and results even though I knew this is not the way I want my life to be.

I am learning by experience that life is about relationships. Work is very important, but it is not the most important thing in life. This is just another attempt by me to give work an appropriate priority all things considered. In the end, everyone has to find their own balance.
